Zanzibar / Arusha to Serengeti National Park

You'll arrive at Seronera Airstrip around 11:00 a.m. Our safari guide will be waiting for you, with a picnic lunch and ready for the safari. Then, you'll set off on your safari, pausing for lunch at 1:00 pm. After that, you will continue your game drive in search of Serengeti's big cats and herbivores. Finally, you will return to your camp in the evening, in time for dinner and an overnight stay at Serengeti Melia Lodge or similar.

Serengeti National Park

You will eat breakfast at the camp before leaving for a full-day game drive in the Serengeti. The Serengeti countryside is breathtakingly beautiful. While a large portion of the park is made up of periodically flooded plains, woods, and shrub savannahs, the Serengeti is primarily about grassland. Being surrounded by millions of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles is an unforgettable experience. During their annual migration north, they rush across huge open plains and plunge into crocodile-infested rivers, all as predators relentlessly pursue them. After your picnic lunch on the Serengeti grasslands, you'll continue your wildlife drive into the evening. As the sun sets over the horizon, you will return to the tent and relax by the crackling campfire.

Ngorongoro Crater

Drive from the Serengeti toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, watching the landscape change from open plains to rolling highlands. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive, where elephants, zebras, wildebeest, lions, and the rare black rhino roam a true wildlife paradise.

After exploring the crater, continue to Karatu and check in at a comfortable lodge. Enjoy dinner and spend the night surrounded by the peaceful Ngorongoro Highlands.

Tarangire to Zanzibar /Arusha

After checking out from your lodge in Karatu, you’ll drive to Tarangire National Park for a full-day game drive. The park is renowned for its enormous elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and opportunities to spot predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards, alongside abundant herbivores like giraffes, zebras, and wildebeest. After a day immersed in wildlife, you’ll head to the airstrip for your flight back to Zanzibar, concluding your safari adventure.
