Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, our representative will assist you with customs and immigration procedures. You'll then be transferred to Arusha City, the gateway to Tanzania's northern safari circuit. Arusha, nestled between Mount Meru and Mount Kilimanjaro, is a vibrant city blending African and Western cultures. As the capital of the East Africa Community, it boasts a thriving international presence. Your overnight stay will be at Kibo Palace Hotel, located in the picturesque northern highlands of Tanzania.

Day 2

Tarangire National Park

Tarangire National Park

After an early breakfast, we'll head to Tarangire National Park, named after the Tarangire River that flows through it. This river, known as the 'river of warthogs,' is crucial for wildlife during the dry season.

The park showcases a variety of landscapes, from dense areas of elephant grass to acacia woodlands and lush groundwater forests. Tarangire is famous for its elephant herds, often seen near the river, along with giraffes, bushbucks, and hartebeests. Predators like lions and leopards are also present. Remarkably, Tarangire hosts more breeding bird species than any other place on Earth.

The park is dotted with giant baobab trees, some over 200 years old, adding to its unique charm. As the day ends, we'll head to our accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3

Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast, we'll embark on a picturesque drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area en route to the Serengeti National Park, with opportunities to spot wildlife along the way. The Serengeti is globally renowned for its unparalleled natural beauty and significant scientific importance, serving as the continent's premier sanctuary for vast herds of plains game.

What truly sets the Serengeti apart is its awe-inspiring annual migration. Each October and November, over a million wildebeest and around 200,000 zebras migrate south from the northern hills to the southern plains in search of the short rains. This ancient instinct is so strong that no obstacle, whether drought, ravine, or crocodile-filled river, can deter them.

The Serengeti is indisputably the domain of the legendary great wildebeest migration. As the day draws to a close, we'll return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight stay.

Following an early breakfast, embark on a scenic drive through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, en-route to Serengeti National Park, while enjoying wildlife sightings along the way. Serengeti is globally renowned, celebrated for its unrivaled natural beauty and immense scientific significance. It stands as the continent's premier sanctuary for the vast concentration of plains game.

However, what truly distinguishes the Serengeti is the awe-inspiring annual migration. Each October and November, more than a million wildebeest and approximately 200,000 zebras journey south from the northern hills to the southern plains in pursuit of the short rank. After an early breakfast, we'll depart from the Serengeti and journey to the Ngorongoro Crater for a game viewing drive. Ngorongoro Crater is renowned as one of Africa's most iconic destinations, boasting the highest concentration of wildlife on the continent. Often hailed as the 'eighth Wonder of the World,' this crater has garnered global acclaim, attracting a growing number of visitors each year. While you may share the experience with other vehicles, rest assured, you'll encounter exceptional wildlife amidst a breathtaking landscape.

Ngorongoro is truly distinctive and holds the esteemed title of a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It's among the top locations in the country for spotting the endangered black rhinoceros. The park is home to the entire Big Five, with lions and Cape buffalo being particularly prevalent year-round. You'll enjoy a packed lunch at a designated picnic site before proceeding to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Lake Manyara National Park - Arusha

After an early breakfast, we'll embark on a journey to the nearby Lake Manyara National Park for an exhilarating game viewing expedition. Your first encounter will likely be the sight of extensive baboon troupes. The park derives its name from the local Masai term 'Emanyara,' which refers to a plant known as Euphorbia tirucalli.

As you enter the park, you'll be greeted by a unique environment – a groundwater forest that provides a delightful contrast to the savannah-dominated parks. The lush greenery, sightings of tree-climbing lions, a soda lake teeming with thousands of pink-hued flamingos, numerous large water birds, lively baboon troops, and the dramatic Rift Valley escarpment combine to create an unforgettable safari experience in this area.

You'll enjoy a packed lunch at a designated picnic site before concluding your day with a late afternoon drive back to Arusha.
