Arusha to Tarangire National Park

At 8:30 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel and embark on a scenic 2-hour drive to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its diverse landscape. Home to ancient baobab trees and the highest concentration of elephants in the country, prepare for a unique opportunity to observe elephant families in their natural habitat. During our game drive, we'll track reported animal sightings, particularly the elusive lions, cheetahs, and leopards.

Following our adventure, we'll head to the Tarangire River picnic site for lunch, offering a delightful view of the river and its wildlife. Be wary of playful monkeys and baboons attempting to snatch your lunch – they're harmless, though!

After lunch, the game drive continues into the evening. We'll camp in Tarangire, away from the crowds, for an authentic wilderness camping experience. It may not be your typical Serengeti camp, but it promises an adventure immersed in nature.

Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti National Park

Prepare for an early morning adventure with a game drive in the prime hours of Tarangire, immersing yourself in the wildlife wonders of the park. Following this exhilarating experience, we'll journey to Mto wa Mbu for a delightful lunch and some relaxation.

Then, it's time for a cultural escapade as we hop on bikes to explore the small towns. We'll visit banana farms, explore rice plantations, and engage with local communities. Our journey will lead us through forests and past waterfalls before we return to the lodge in the evening. It's a day brimming with nature, culture, and a hint of adventure!

Serengeti National Park

After breakfast at 8:30 am, drive from Mto wa Mbu to Serengeti for 6 hours, with a stop at Ngorongoro Crater (20 minutes). Optionally, visit a Maasai village (not included in the price, 20-45 minutes, entrance fee 10-20 USD) to learn about their unique culture.

Arrive at Serengeti in the late afternoon for a game drive in Seronera until late evening. Witness a Serengeti sunset with a chance to spot predators in action.

Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro

Rise to an early breakfast at 6:30 am, gearing up for an exhilarating morning game drive where you'll spot abundant wildlife until the afternoon. Return to camp for lunch and packing, then delight in another game drive as we depart from the Serengeti en route to Simba Campsite, located near the rim of Ngorongoro Crater (a 2-hour drive). Stay vigilant – wildlife may grace us with their presence even at the campsite!

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

Located within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area in the Arusha Region, the Ngorongoro Crater offers a unique safari experience:

Commence the day with an early breakfast, and by 6:15 am, embark on a descent into the crater to seek out the elusive black rhino. While they pose a challenge to spot, the crater floor facilitates sightings of most other animals.

Following lunch, continue the adventure with a game drive, ascending from the crater around 12:45 pm. Return to camp, pack up for the journey back to Arusha town.

Your excursion starts with a vehicle transfer from your accommodation to Materuni Village. Embark on an invigorating hike to Materuni Falls, where you'll be captivated by the stunning cascades.
