Day 1

The safari starts from Arusha, your safari guide will come to pick you up from any location in Arusha and proceed to Lake Manyara National Park. On this day, you will enjoy the excellent view over Lake Manyara, see elephants up close in the woodlands, and visit the renowned Manyara hippo pool.
The park offers a great view of the 400 metres deep Great Rift Valley. This tear in the earth came into existence 22 to 25 million years ago, when movement in a weak area of the earth’s crust led to the formation of a rift thousands of kilometres long through the whole of East Africa. The valley is so enormous that it can be seen from outer space, and it has many unique landscapes that attract a vast number of different animals. Besides being home to Lake Manyara itself, you can also find dense rainforest here with hundreds of groups of monkeys and a huge number of birds. After a great day in Manyara National Park, your driver-guide will take you to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2
Manyara – Serengeti National Park (3-hours transfer)

After breakfast, you will leave Karatu for Serengeti National Park. Serengeti offers an exotic wildlife-viewing experience in the whole of Africa, giving you an up-close look at the animals. You will spot great herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephants and giraffes, and thousands of elands, topi, kongonis, impalas, and Grant’s gazelles. In the late afternoon, you will proceed to your reserved accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Many predators roam these vast grasslands; over four thousand lions, 225 cheetahs, a thousand leopards, 3500 hyenas, and hundreds of wild dogs! Day 3

After breakfast, you will proceed with a game drive safari in the Serengeti exploring the rolling plains of Serengeti National Park in search of large predators and the gentle herbivorous, on which they feed. Later during the day, you will proceed to your reserved accommodation inside the national park

Day 5

After a tasty breakfast, you'll collect picnic lunches. Today, you will visit one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Ngorongoro Crater. It was created when a huge volcano erupted two million years ago. The fertile lava has created a unique ecosystem; the crater has the highest concentration of animals anywhere in Africa.
The Ngorongoro Crater is home to many lion families, buffalo, zebras, wildebeests, and many more species. Nowhere else offers a chance as good as this to spot the rare black rhino.

Day 6
Tarangire National Park – Arusha/Kilimanjaro Airport (3-hours transfer)

After breakfast, you'll collect lunch boxes and proceed with game drives in Tarangire National Park. You will have lunch at the picnic site, and then proceed with a game drive in the park.
The name of the park originates from the Tarangire River that crosses through the park, which is the only source of water for the wild animals here during the dry season. The park is famous for its large numbers of elephants, baobab trees and tree climbing African pythons.
After the game drive, your driver-guide will transfer you to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight back home or to your next destination.
