Musana Tours and Travel Guide will meet you at your hotel in Kigali or Kigali International, and embark on an approximately 2.5-hour drive northwest to the Volcanoes National Park. This remarkable park is the site of Dian Fossey's pioneering research on mountain gorillas. Upon arrival, we will join other trackers for our gorilla tracking experience,
Gorilla tracking in Rwanda is one of the best experiences in the region, very well organised and executed, the exprience takes close to half a day and sometimes longer depending on gorilla movements and where they stayed last night visavis the starting point which may chage from time to time, after the tracking we will drive to our lodge near the park as we prepare for golden money tracking the next day.

Golden Monkey tracking at Volcanoes Np Rwanda and transfer back to Kigali

After an early breakfast, you will be transferred to Kinigi Park Headquarters for a golden monkey tracking briefing. Following the briefing, your adventure begins as you hike into the lush rainforest in search of a troop of golden monkeys. Once located, you’ll have a rare opportunity to spend one hour observing these playful and fascinating primates as they interact in their natural environment. This experience provides a unique perspective on Rwanda's biodiversity, and the stunning rainforest backdrop makes it even more memorable. Afterward, you will transfer back to your hotel in Kigali or Kigali International Airport, and this marks the end of the tour with us.
