After your breakfast, you will be picked up by a Bushman Safaris representative and transferred to Entebbe to board your flight to Bwindi Impenetrable. Upon arrival, you will be warmly welcomed at Kihihi Airstrip and transferred to your accommodation. The transfer takes app. 30 minutes. The Flight take 1 hour and fifteen minutes. Lunch at the lodge.
In the afternoon, head out for a guided community tour and visit local schools, hospitals, craft shops and interact with local people. Return to the lodge for overnight accommodation and dinner.

Day 2

Gorilla Trekking and Batwa Cultural Experience
After briefing, you'll venture into Bwindi Forest on foot and enter a world suspended outside of time! The undergrowth thrives with diverse plants, mammals, and birds. It's a grueling task to press on through walls of vines and vegetation as your hearts pump from effort and anticipation. It may be minutes or hours before you come upon a gorilla family but when you finally do, the encounter sweeps you into a timeless moment. You'll watch the juveniles play as the impressive adults groom and keep a sly but watchful eye on their human visitors and in this moment a feeling of kinship rises to close the gap that grew between you and your primate relatives over millennia. You'll descend elated and arrested in a timeless moment to be told and retold for years to come.
In the afternoon, go for the cultural experience with the Batwa people. It is a mind opening cultural experience. You test your hunting skills, experience traditional technology and more. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Scenic Flight to Entebbe
Scenic Flight to Entebbe
After breakfast, transfer to Kihihi airstrip arriving in time for your bush flight to Entebbe. The Flight takes one hour and fifteen. Flight departs in the morning at 8:00AM and 12:00PM. Check-in is one hour before departure time. Hence can be booked depending on your international flight schedule.
