Pick-up from Airport & Transfer to Akagera NP, Boat cruise

Upon your arrival to the Kigali Int'l Airport, you will meet our professional driver guide who will welcome you and brief you on your 3 days Rwanda's Wildlife Safari.

The pick-up might start from your hotel in Kigali if you arrived before the trip starts and our driver-guide will be there after having your breakfast. Only 2.5 hours will be used to leave Kigali up to Akagera National Park, a home to the big five before we check-in at your Hotel, Akagera Game Lodge.

During the trip to Akagera National Park, our driver-guide will be responding to your questions and make en-route stop-overs for relaxing and take some pictures. After checking at your lodge, you will order your lunch and get ready to go for a sunset boat cruise within Lake Ihema where you will see different mammals that includes Nile crocodiles, hippos and many species of birds. Our guide will drive you back to the hotel to relax, have dinner and rest.

Full Day Game Drive - Transfer back to Kigali

Early in the morning, after having your breakfast, you will start a full day game drive from South to the northern gate, with a stopover to Mahindi Coffee shop where you will enjoy your lunch.

During the game drive, you will have a chance to meet the big five that includes Elephants, Buffalo, Leopards, Lions and white/black rhinos without forgetting baboons, antelopes and many different species of birds.

At the end of this safari, our driver-guide will transfer you back to Kigali, check-in at your hotel, have dinner and rest.

Transfer from Kigali to Volcanoes National Park - Golden Monkeys Tracking

Early in the morning, our driver-guide will pick you up from your hotel latest 5:00am and drive you to the Volcanoes National Park, a home to the Mountain gorillas, Golden Monkeys, dormant volcanoes, mountain buffaloes and elephants.

Upon your arrival, our guide will assist you in legal formalities at the same time getting briefing and have you coffee. After legal formalities, you will proceed to the starting point and start tracking the Golden monkeys where you will have an hour with them while learning more about their lifestyle and more.

After this tracking adventure, our driver will transfer you back to Kigali with en-route lunch and buy some souvenirs (optional). The driver will drop you to the Airport and make sure you check-in on time.
