Welcome to Arusha – Your Adventure Begins

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO), you will be warmly welcomed by our representative and transferred to Arusha, approximately a one-hour drive away. Upon arrival, you may choose from a range of optional activities, including a coffee tour, city tour, museum visit, local market tour, or an evening exploring Arusha’s nightlife. In the evening, our representative will meet you for a safari briefing to discuss the activities planned for the following days. You will then relax at your hotel and recover from your journey.

Tarangire National Park – Land of Giants

Explore Tarangire National Park, famous for its majestic baobab trees, large elephant herds, and diverse wildlife. Enjoy an exciting game drive through the park, where you may spot lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, impalas, and other animals. Keep an eye out for tree-climbing lions, pythons, and leopards resting in the branches of trees.

Visit the Tarangire River, a vital water source during the dry season, attracting large numbers of wildlife from across the surrounding areas. The park is also a paradise for bird lovers, with a remarkable variety of bird species. Your game drive schedule will remain flexible, allowing your guide to adjust the activities based on wildlife movements and sightings.

Ngorongoro Crater & Journey to Serengeti

After an early breakfast at (7:00 am), collect your packed lunch boxes and descend to Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive. Ngorongoro Crater is a deep volcanic crater about 200 km across, 600 m deep, and 300 sq km in area. A UNESCO World Heritage Site, for a morning filled with incredible wildlife sightings. Deep within the crater, enclosed by towering walls, you have a good chance of spotting the Big Five: i.e. lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard and other animals in this remarkable landscape. After a picnic lunch in the park, drive through breathtaking landscapes en route to Serengeti National Park for an overnight stay.
