1-Day Chimpanzee Trekking Tour Experience Budongo Forest

After an early breakfast at your lodge or residence in Hoima, your guide will meet you for a short briefing before setting off for Budongo Forest. On arrival, meet the ranger guide who will take you through the rules and guidelines for trekking. You’ll then begin your guided trek through the forest in search of chimpanzees. Once found, you will spend up to one magical hour observing them as they interact, feed, and play. Afterward, return to the starting point for debriefing, then transfer back to your Hoima accommodation, marking the end of your one-day Budongo Forest chimpanzee trekking experience.
