Day 1

Arusha - Tarangire

At 7:30 am, your guide will pick you up from your accommodation. After introductions, we'll embark on a journey to Tarangire National Park, a scenic 1 hour and 45-minute drive away.

Renowned for its diverse landscapes, Tarangire is adorned with ancient baobab trees and is home to the largest herds of elephants in Tanzania. Our game drive will offer opportunities to spot cheetahs, lions, giraffes, and zebras amidst this picturesque setting.

We'll pause for lunch at Tarangire picnic site, where you'll enjoy a meal with a view of the Tarangire River and its surrounding wildlife. Keep an eye out for playful monkeys and colorful birds that may join you.

After lunch, our exploration continues with another game drive before exiting the park. We'll then head to Fig Tree Lodge for dinner and overnight stay, where you can unwind and reflect on the day's adventures.

After an early breakfast, prepare for an exciting day of exploration ahead. We embark on a scenic drive towards Serengeti National Park, passing through the misty forests of Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Here, keep your eyes peeled for sightings of cape buffalo, baboons, elephants, or giraffes amid the dense undergrowth.

Upon reaching Serengeti National Park, indulge in a delicious meal before immersing yourself in the vast expanse of the savannah. Marvel at the abundance of wildlife that roams freely across the plains, showcasing the untouched beauty of nature.

As the day draws to a close, we retire to our campsite for dinner and an overnight stay, surrounded by the tranquility of the Serengeti wilderness.

Rise before dawn for an exhilarating sunrise game drive, capturing the breathtaking spectacle of the savannah bathed in golden light as predators like leopards and lions embark on their morning hunt.

Afterward, enjoy a bush breakfast at a scenic picnic spot before continuing your exploration with another game drive. In the afternoon, savor a delicious lunch amidst the wilderness before bidding farewell to Serengeti National Park.

We then journey towards the picturesque Ngorongoro Highlands, where the evening finds us at Simba Campsite. Here, amidst the tranquil beauty of the highlands, we enjoy dinner and settle in for a restful night under the stars.

Keep your eyes peeled for sightings of the elusive black rhino and the majestic hippopotamus as you explore this safari paradise.

By noon, we ascend from the crater floor to our campsite for a well-deserved lunch. After gathering all camping equipment, we commence our journey back to Arusha, reminiscing on the unforgettable experiences and wildlife encounters of our Tanzanian safari.
