Your adventure begins with an early morning pick-up from either your airport arrival or hotel. You'll then embark on a scenic drive southwards of Lake Bogoria, crossing the equator as you head towards the Rift Valley's crown jewel— Lake Nakuru.
This world-renowned lake is famous for its vast flocks of flamingos, sometimes reaching nearly 2 million! Their vibrant pink plumage paints a stunning band around the lakeshore, creating a truly unforgettable spectacle.
Lake Nakuru has also become a vital rhino sanctuary. After arriving in time for lunch, you'll have the opportunity to embark on an exciting afternoon game drive, searching for these magnificent creatures and the park's diverse wildlife.
Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Sarova Lion Hill Game Lodge.

Part of the sprawling Serengeti ecosystem, the Mara is renowned for the awe-inspiring migration of wildebeest and zebras by the thousands, accompanied by their ever-present predators. Upon arrival, you'll enjoy a delicious lunch before embarking on an unforgettable afternoon game drive.

Day 3

You will fuel up for adventure with breakfast before embarking on a thrilling full-day game drive through the reserve. A packed lunch will be provided to keep you energized as you explore this haven of wildlife.
The Maasai Mara is renowned for its majestic black-manned lions and incredible biodiversity. It's one of the rare places where spotting the Big Five in a single morning game drive is a real possibility.
Prepare to be amazed by the park's resident wildlife. Cheetahs here are known for seeking shade from the scorching sun under vehicles, some even climbing on top for a better view of potential prey.
The Mara boasts a spectacular seasonal migration of wildebeest and zebras, drawing in a diverse cast of predators.
Birdwatchers will be in paradise. The reserve boasts an impressive list of nearly 500 recorded species, including 16 varieties of eagles, numerous hawks and falcons, a variety of vultures and storks, and even the mighty Kori bustard, the world's heaviest-flying bird.

As the day paints the Mara in a golden light, you will embark on a final exhilarating game drive. With a keen eye, you might spot elusive predators or witness the fascinating interactions between herbivores and the ever-watchful Mara ecosystem.
Later, you'll bid farewell to this wildlife paradise and embark on a scenic journey back to Nairobi. En route, a delicious lunch will be provided to keep you fueled for the journey. Expect to arrive in Nairobi by 5 pm, allowing you ample time to unwind and reflect on your unforgettable safari adventure.
