The tour starts with lunch in Arusha town at 1230 hrs. 1400 hours, drive to Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Dinner
and overnight at the lodge.
The stunning spectacle of the Ngorongoro Crater, with its steep walls falling some 610 metres to the floor, is undoubtedly one of
the highlights of a safari tour in Tanzania. “It is impossible to give a fair description of the size and beauty of the Crater for there is

crater floor is home to thousands of plain animals, including the rare black rhino, zebra, wildebeest, gazelles, hippos, eland,
elephants, and a large predatory population of lions, hyenas, and jackals.

Ngorongoro to Lake Manyara

Today you will descend 2000 feet (0ver 600 meters) to the floor of the crater for a half day crater tour.
Explore the forest areas that are inhabited by monkeys and elephant, the lake area, where you may see the
flamingos and the open savannah where the lions hunt for food. Lunch at the lodge and then drive to Lake
Manyara for dinner and overnight at the lodge.
