Day 1

Nairobi to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary

On the first day of your adventure, you'll board the SGR train business class coach from Nairobi to explore the iconic Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary. It offers a unique wildlife experience away from the crowds.

Upon arrival at Voi SGR terminal, you will be received by the tour guide driver who will drive you to Salt Lick Game Lodge. The lodge is situated adjacent to a waterhole that attracts a wide variety of animals, making it an ideal spot for game viewing from the comfort of your room.

In the afternoon, you will embark on an exciting game drive through the sanctuary. Keep your cameras ready as you encounter herds of elephants, zebras, giraffes, and many other species. Your guide will share fascinating insights into their behavior and habitat.

After breakfast, you will have one last game drive through Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary. You'll capture any missed moments and bid farewell to this magical place.

Following the game drive, you will return to Nairobi by SGR train on business class coach.
