Following breakfast, your journey will commence towards Tarangire, Tanzania's fifth-largest national park, renowned as a haven for a notably abundant elephant population. Stand in awe of the majestic baobab trees, which stand as towering sentinels over the park, casting shade upon the diverse array of wildlife that grazes beneath their branches. The Tarangire River, serving as the sole permanent water source in the region, attracts a concentration of animals, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, and a remarkable gathering of up to six thousand elephants.

Day 2

Following breakfast, at 8:00 am, your designated driver/guide will be ready to accompany you. Embark on a scenic drive traversing the floor of the Great Rift Valley towards Lake Manyara National Park, where an exhilarating game drive awaits. This picturesque park, characterized by its verdant vegetation and lush tropical forests adorned with towering fig and mahogany trees, derives its name from the Maasai term for "euphorbia tirucalli," a bush traditionally used by the Maasai to create protective cattle hedges.
Lake Manyara National Park is home to a diverse array of wildlife, including elephants, giraffes, buffalos, zebras, and various antelope species, alongside an abundance of monkeys and a sizable hippopotamus population. With luck on your side, you may catch sight of the renowned Manyara lions, famed for their unique tree-climbing tendencies, leisurely reclining upon the branches of Acacia tortilis trees.

Following breakfast, your morning will be dedicated to a captivating game drive within Serengeti National Park. Subsequently, you'll set off for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon reaching your destination in the early evening, indulge in the breathtaking vista of the crater from the lodge's terrace. Take this time to unwind and prepare for the upcoming adventure as you anticipate the safari descent into the crater scheduled for the following day.

Following breakfast, embark on an unforgettable journey as you descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for an exceptional game drive, accompanied by a delightful picnic lunch. This crater, designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, boasts the highest wild animal density worldwide, owing to its towering 2000 ft. walls that limit animal migration. Prepare to be mesmerized by the diverse array of species inhabiting this natural wonder, including lions, elephants, zebras, hippos, flamingos, jackals, rhinos, antelopes, and an abundance of birdlife. With luck on your side, you may even encounter the renowned Big Five in a single day.
From Ngorongoro, your journey will lead you to Lake Eyasi—an enclave of the hunter-gatherer ethnic group, the Hadzabe Bushmen, who bear striking resemblances to the Bushmen of Southern Africa. This indigenous tribe, renowned for their harmonious existence with nature, possesses invaluable knowledge of the local flora and fauna.

At daybreak, you'll set out from your lodge for a hunting expedition with the Hadzabe, lasting a few hours, tailored to your preference and comfort. Upon your return, breakfast awaits you back at the lodge. Afterwards, gather your belongings and lunch provisions before embarking on a drive to Arusha. Along the journey, you'll have the option to indulge in some shopping if you so desire.
