Day 1

Harare the Capital

You will be transferred from Harare International Airport to Cresta Lodge located in Harare which is Zimbabwe's capital. This town exposes an impeccably clean city, bustling with busy shops and wide open streets; it is also the most populous city of Zimbabwe; laid-back with wide avenues, lined with dusty red earth, indigenous plants and blooming jacarandas giving it a lovely African summertime feel. Spend your first night in the hospitable Cresta Lodge Harare set in the beautiful and tranquil surroundings located on the outskirts of Harare’s dynamic city centre with idyllic setting for your most memorable events. Depending with your flight time arrival you have an optional activity to enjoy a City Tour of Harare and a visit to one of the biggest and oldest markets in Zimbabwe, Mbare Musika and also you might need to do some shopping for some African souvenirs.

Day 2

Imire Sanctuary

You will check-out early in the morning after breakfast from your lodge and set out for the Imire lodge located within the conservancy of tranquil surroundings of Imire Sanctuary. The Imire Lodge offers welcoming family style hospitality, fine home cooking and spectacular game viewing. Four of the big five guaranteed! Experience unique close encounters with some of the world’s most intriguing and endangered animals. You will arrive and be welcomed with teas and coffees in the morning then set-out for your first game drive in search of wildlife. You will be served with a buffet lunch within the game park then after such delicious eats get back in search for much wild game through different routes as you head back to the lodge for refreshments. Towards sundown you will have your final game drive as you head for rhino feeding as well as maybe some elephant interaction depending with the mood of these wild animals within the game park.

Day 3-4

Nyanga National Park

Nyanga National Park

You will be transferred in the morning for the Eastern Highlands to Nyanga with your two nights stay at Troutbeck hotel where you will be having a perfect harmony with nature. Upon arrival you will have an optional time to either visit a series of cascading waterfalls on the western tip of the Nyanga National Park, another one of the numerous waterfalls within the terrains of Nyanga which is the Nyangombe Falls or chose to go for Mount Nyangani which is the highest mountain in Zimbabwe at 2,592 metres height. Rhodes museum and World's view are other options available concluding with dinner at the lodge. The following day you have a full day of activities starting with guided birding in Mutarazi Forest and the Falls visit viewing then have your lunch as you conclude the tour with the Mutarazi Falls Skywalk if you are an adrenaline junkie you may try the famous zipline over the incredible views of Mutarazi Mountains. Head back to the lodge for your final night and dinner.

Day 5

The Eastern Highlands Continues

Upon check-out after breakfast from Troutbeck hotel you will head to Leopard Rock hotel in Bvumba mountains which is a diverse luxury holiday resort(golf, business and vacation destination) conveniently located in the heart of the Eastern Highlands of Zimbabwe. They are referred to as the "Mountains of the Mist" as so often the early morning starts with a mist which clears by mid-morning. Later after check-in you will be taken for a guided game walk where leopard is occasionally seen as well as a large group of different bird species. This friendly game park overlooks the breathtaking beautiful Burma Valley, the small Himalaya Mountains and the Chimanimani Mountains where horseback through the game park can be taken. Evening game viewing from the raised platform can be arranged, accompanied with evening sundowners and canapés. You will see a wide variety of game including impala, zebra, kudu, eland, nyala, giraffe, bushbuck, wildebeest and the rare Samango Monkey and the Blue Duiker.

Day 6-7

The Great Zimbabwe Monuments

The Great Zimbabwe Monuments

After an amazing experience at Leopard Rock enjoy your breakfast and then head to Great Zimbabwe with your driver passing through Masvingo which is a small town with palm-lined, wide streets lined and rather shabby buildings. Check-in at The Ancient City Lodge which is a unique hotel built around a granite outcrop in the same style as Great Zimbabwe where you will spend two nights having a delicious dinner the first evening. The following day after breakfast it’s time to visit the greatest medieval city in sub-Saharan Africa, the World Heritage–listed of Great Zimbabwe which is one of the nation's most treasured sights, so much so that the country was named after it. You will take your tour with a guide in the ruins of this ancient place for almost 3 hours giving you an insight view of these old grandeur ruins of Great Zimbabwe. After the tour head back to the lodge for lunch then later you an option to chose to go for a rhino tracking tour concluding the day with dinner at the lodge.
