You will be picked up by our Maramatta Safaris guide from your accommodation in Arusha. Later, proceed for your safari to Serengeti National Park for a game drive with packed lunch boxes. You will enjoy game drives en route and a full-day game drive in the Serengeti. Afterward, you'll go for dinner and your overnight stay at the camp.

Start your morning early with an optional hot-air balloon safari over the Serengeti, a truly magical way to see the wildlife from above. After a champagne bush breakfast, continue your family safari in Tanzania with game drives through the wildlife-rich Seronera region, known for its high concentration of big cats and diverse animal life. Your guide will help you track animals and share fascinating stories about the ecosystem. In the afternoon, return to the camp before gathering around the campfire for dinner and stories under the stars.

Ngorongoro Crater to Arusha

After an early breakfast, you will descend over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Supported by a year-round water supply and fodder, the Ngorongoro Conservation Area supports a vast variety of animals, which include herds of wildebeest, zebra, buffalo, eland, warthog, hippo and giant African elephant. Another big drawcard to this picturesque national park is its dense population of predators, which include lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs and the ever-elusive leopard, which sometimes requires a trained eye to spot.

We will visit Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, which is one of the main features of the crater. Also, you will have a cultural interaction with the Maasai people in Ngorongoro village. A large number of flamingos, hippos and other waterbirds are usually seen here. Late in the afternoon, you will transfer to Arusha for drop-off at any hotel of your choice within Arusha.
