Day 1

Your safari adventure begins immediately upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, where your professional safari guide will warmly welcome you. You will start the journey directly toward Tarangire National Park, famous for its impressive elephant population and iconic baobab trees.

Upon entering the park, enjoy your first exciting game drive while heading toward a scenic picnic site where lunch will be served. Wildlife sightings often include elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and various antelope species gathering near the Tarangire River. The afternoon continues with more game viewing across the savannah landscapes before heading to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 2

After breakfast at the lodge, depart toward the world-famous Serengeti National Park. The journey passes through the scenic highlands of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, offering beautiful views of valleys, traditional Maasai villages, and volcanic landscapes.

As you enter the Serengeti, the environment transforms into vast golden plains stretching endlessly across the horizon. Enjoy an afternoon game drive while heading to your camp. The Serengeti is home to abundant wildlife including lions, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, and large herds of wildebeest and zebras. Arrive at your lodge or tented camp in the evening for dinner and overnight in the heart of the wilderness.

Spend a full day exploring the incredible wildlife of Serengeti National Park. The day begins with an early morning game drive when animals are most active. Predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs are often seen during these cooler hours while herbivores graze peacefully across the plains.

Throughout the day your guide will navigate different areas of the park searching for wildlife and explaining the ecosystem of this remarkable landscape. Depending on the season, you may witness large herds of wildebeest and zebras moving across the plains as part of the Great Migration. A picnic lunch is served inside the park before continuing with an afternoon game drive and returning to camp for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast, enjoy a final morning game drive in the Serengeti before departing toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The journey offers more chances to see wildlife along the way as animals move freely across the plains.

As you leave the Serengeti and climb into the Ngorongoro Highlands, the scenery gradually changes to cooler green hills and forested slopes. Upon reaching the crater rim, you will stop at a viewpoint to admire the spectacular panorama of the Ngorongoro Crater below. Later in the afternoon you arrive at your lodge located near the crater rim, where you can relax and enjoy dinner while preparing for the next day’s crater safari.

Day 5

After an early breakfast, descend into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for a memorable half-day game drive. The crater floor hosts a remarkable concentration of wildlife including buffalo, zebras, wildebeest, hyenas, and large prides of lions. It is also one of the few places in Tanzania where the endangered black rhino can sometimes be spotted.

Enjoy a picnic lunch near a hippo pool before ascending the crater walls in the afternoon. The journey then continues to karatu for check in at your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Lake manyara National Park to Arusha for Departure

After breakfast, enjoy a morning game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, a beautiful park famous for its groundwater forest, diverse birdlife, and tree-climbing lions. During the drive you may encounter large troops of baboons, elephants moving through the forest, giraffes, and numerous bird species along the lakeshore including flamingos and pelicans.

Following the game drive, exit the park and begin the return journey to Arusha. The drive passes through local villages and scenic landscapes of northern Tanzania. Upon arrival in Arusha, you will be transferred to the airport for your onward air transfer, marking the end of your unforgettable Tanzanian safari adventure.
