Day 1
Kasane to Savuti
Kasane to Savuti
Arrive in Kasane to meet your safari guide. Depart Kasane and drive south-west to Savuti, through the heart of Chobe National Park. The drive will be at a leisurely pace, allowing you plenty of time to stop and view game along the way.
As we approach Savuti, you can expect to see a change in the environment, from the lush floodplains beside the Chobe River to Savuti's almost desert-like landscape - mainly characterized by camelthorn sandveld, scrub savanna, and mopane veld.
Upon arrival, you will find your designated camp set up and ready. After a long and tiring day you will meet the rest of the camping team. Dinner will be freshly prepared and enjoyed around a roaring campfire under the African sky.

Day 2-3
Savuti
Savuti
On both days you will continue your game drives and make your way to several places of interest within the Savuti area. As you continue your search for wildlife, you will traverse the drier region of Savuti where bull elephants dot the plains.
Savuti lies in the more remote central region of the Chobe National Park and offers dramatic game viewing and a somewhat eerie atmosphere. It is also well known as one of the best areas for big cat viewing. The Savuti lion pride has earned a fearsome reputation for hunting elephant, but other predators like leopard, African wild dog, spotted hyena and even cheetah are also abundant in the area.

Day 4
Savuti to Kasane
Savuti to Kasane
We will set off early this morning, as you depart the Savuti area and drive back to Kasane. On arrival, you will be dropped off at Kasane International Airport or at your hotel if overnighting in Kasane.
