Day 1

Arusha – Tarangire National Park

Arusha – Tarangire National Park

In the morning you will be picked up from your hotel in Arusha and drive to the Tarangire National Park. This park with its huge baobab trees, the perennial Tarangire River and seasonal swamps is home to the largest elephant herds in northern Tanzania. Animals gather at the river and you should be able to see elephants, giraffes, bushbucks, hartebeests, dik-diks, waterbucks, warthogs and reedbucks all year round. Furthermore, the park is also home to buffaloes, zebras and wildebeests which are always closely followed by a range of predators such as lions. Leopards are seen every once in a while but cheetahs are rarely spotted. From the open roof of the vehicle you will be able to absorb the landscape and watch the animals. After an extensive game drive, you will leave the park in the late afternoon and drive to Sunbright campiste where you will spend the night.

Day 2

Early breakfast at the campsite.
Depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area, stopping at viewpoints along the way to admire the stunning landscapes.
Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and home to diverse wildlife including the Big Five.
Enjoy a full day of game driving and wildlife viewing in the crater.
Have a picnic lunch by the hippo pool.
In the late afternoon, ascend from the crater and head to Serengeti National Park where you will overnight at Nyani Campsite.

Day 3

Early Start: Begin your game drive shortly after sunrise when the animals are most active. Your safari guide will pick you up from your campsite or lodge.
Sunrise Safari: Watch as the sun rises over the Serengeti plains, casting a golden glow on the landscape and wildlife.
Wildlife Spotting: Spend the morning exploring the various habitats of Serengeti, from open grasslands to acacia woodlands, in search of the Big Five (lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhinoceros) and other iconic species like cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests.
Predator Action: Keep an eye out for predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs, which are often more active during the cooler morning hours.
You will spend full day in Serengeti, game drive, lunch box and in the evening, you will return to the camp for dinner and overnight. At Nyani public campsite.

After breakfast, you will leave Serengeti with your picnic lunch and drive to Arusha via Ngorongoro conservation Area.
Arrive in Arusha in the late afternoon or early evening, marking the end of your safari adventure. Drop off at your hotel/lodge or taken to Airport if you have a night flight back home.
