Arrival and Transfer to Tarangire National Park

Program of the day: Your guide will pick you up at 06:30 AM from Kilimanjaro International Airport or your hotel in Arusha (pickup time may vary depending on your location) and depart for Tarangire National Park, arriving around 09:00 AM. Begin your exciting game drive through iconic landscapes dotted with towering baobab trees and abundant wildlife. At 01:00 PM, enjoy a relaxing picnic lunch at a scenic site within the park. Continue with an afternoon game drive from 02:00 PM to 04:30 PM, exploring areas near the Tarangire River where wildlife gathers. At 04:30 PM, exit the park and drive to Karatu, arriving at your lodge around 05:30 PM for dinner, relaxation, and overnight stay.

Tarangire National Park, named after the Tarangire River—the main water source for wildlife in the dry season—is renowned for its elephants, giant baobabs, and tree-climbing African pythons, offering unforgettable wildlife encounters before your overnight stay at the lodge.

Program of the day: After a sumptuous breakfast, you will be collected at 6:30 AM. While heading to the Ngorongoro Crater, stop at the crater viewpoint to admire the breathtaking panoramas. Continue by descending into the crater for an exclusive morning game drive, focusing on predators and other wildlife. At 12:00 PM, enjoy a gourmet picnic lunch by the Hippo Pool, surrounded by stunning scenery. Afternoon game drives continue until 4:00 PM, after which you will ascend from the crater and return to Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay, concluding a seamless and unforgettable safari experience.

Program of the day: After breakfast, our safari guide will drive you to Mto wa Mbu for a cultural experience, where you will visit the Maasai market, learn about local traditions, and enjoy a traditional Tanzanian lunch at 12:00 PM. At 01:00 PM, you will begin your transfer to Lake Eyasi to meet the Hadzabe people, witness their hunting techniques, visit the Datoga tribe, and explore the lakeshore village, with the day concluding at 06:00 PM with transfer back to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Continue with an afternoon game drive until 03:30 PM, with park gate checkout at 04:00 PM, though this may vary depending on your schedule. After checkout, enjoy a complimentary visit to a Maasai village before your driver-guide transfers you to Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport, marking the conclusion of your safari.
