3-Day Serengeti Wildlife Safari from Zanzibar

Zanzibar to Serengeti National Park

Your day will begin around 5:00 AM with a transfer from your hotel in Zanzibar to the airport. After the necessary check-in procedures, you will take a flight to Seronera Airstrip in Serengeti National Park. The flight takes approximately 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Upon arrival, your safari guide and comfortable 4WD safari vehicle will be ready to welcome you, together with a packed lunch for the day. You will then begin your first game drive, exploring the Serengeti's rich wildlife areas.

The Serengeti is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including wildebeests, zebras, lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, hippos, impalas, warthogs, gazelles, topis, elands, dik-diks, greater kudus, and many bird species. Your guide will share information about the animals and their natural environment throughout the game drive.

Later in the day, you will continue to your booked accommodation for dinner and an overnight stay.

Morning game drive and flight back to Zanzibar

You will spend a full day exploring Central Serengeti National Park, with game drives across different areas of the park. The region is known for its vast plains and excellent year-round wildlife viewing. You may encounter lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and many other species. A picnic lunch will be enjoyed during the day before continuing with the afternoon game drive. In the evening, you will return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Half-Day Game Drive and Flight to Zanzibar

After breakfast, you will have a morning game drive in Central Serengeti, offering another opportunity to see wildlife in the park. Depending on the flight schedule, you will then transfered Seronera Airstrip for your flight back to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel, marking the end of your Serengeti safari.
