Masai Mara National Reserve Adventure
Masai Mara National Reserve Adventure
The Masai Mara is the heart of Kenyan tourism, with large species of animals, and over 400 bird species recorded.
This reserve is one of the few places left on earth where wildlife still lives comparatively undisturbed in the numbers that were once common across all the plains and forests of Africa. At the northern tip of the vast Serengeti ecosystem, the Mara hosts the spectacular Seasonal migration of thousands of wildebeests, zebras, and predators.
Early sunrise game drives are ideal for spotting animals as they are most active. You will therefore start your day by embarking on an early sunrise game drive within the national reserve. This is a perfect time for catching sight of them as they are highly active, and it allows for spectacular photography. You'll have a picnic lunch while relaxing by the Mara River, watching hippos basking in the sun and crocodiles lurking beneath the surface.
The adventure continues till evening.
