Travel from Johannesburg to Hazyview - Afternoon Safari

You will be picked up from your establishment in Johannesburg at 07:00 and travel to Mpumalanga with a stop at Middelburg for bathroom and coffee (at your own cost). You will be treated to the most beautiful scenery in Mpumalanga through meanders that wind and beckon one to look out the window and soak in the beauty of nature. Upon arrival in Hazyview, Mpumalanga, you will check in at Tembo Guest Lodge, then head to your afternoon safari on an open safari vehicle. Enjoy this afternoon safari with a visit to Skukuza to grab a bite to eat before heading out to check into your overnight accommodation, Tembo Guest Lodge, between 17:00 and 17:30.

Kruger National Park Full-Day Safari

Departure from the accommodation is estimated at 05:30. This promises to be the climax of our wildlife experience - the Kruger National Park full-day safari! An early-morning safari offers an opportunity to see what wildlife does in the morning, particularly the cat family, which is constantly on the hunt for its next meal. Various creatures will return from hunts, and this is the ideal time to witness them in action.

We will arrive at the nearest gate, ready to be ushered in early in the morning and experience wildlife at the various stages of the day. We will explore the park all day, with a quick stop for breakfast and lunch at the famous Skukuza Camp, located inside the Kruger National Park. Our day will end around 15:30 to 16:00, when we exit the park, head back to Tembo Guest Lodge, our accommodation in Hazyview, and reflect on the wonderful day we had.

Morning Safari - Travel Back to Johannesburg

We will rise early for our morning safari and enter the park as early as possible to get a feel for what the wildlife does in the early hours. This also serves us an opportunity to see what the cat family is up to, as they are always hunting for their next meal. Various creatures will be coming back from hunts, and this will be the perfect time to see them in action. We will also get an opportunity to have our pre-packed breakfast prepared from the hotel and experience the best 4 hours in the morning.

Between 10:00 and 11:00, we will return to our accommodation to collect luggage and check out. We travel from Kruger National Park to Johannesburg between 11:00 and 16:00 (with one pit stop for a bathroom break and lunch at your own cost in Middelburg).
