Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, one of our friendly drivers will be waiting to pick you up and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha, offering breathtaking views of Mount Meru, for dinner and an overnight stay. After a long day of travel, you can relax and enjoy a comfortable evening.
If you arrive early in the afternoon, you may choose to explore Arusha city or enjoy the hotel’s facilities, such as the swimming pool.

Your first day of safari adventures begins today! After breakfast, you will depart for Tarangire National Park, with the drive from Arusha taking approximately 2 hours. Along the way, you will enjoy the scenic landscapes of northern Tanzania, including rolling hills, traditional Maasai villages, and acacia-dotted plains.
Once you arrive at Tarangire, your safari adventure begins with a game drive, where you can spot elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and a variety of bird species. The park is especially famous for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees, making it a photographer’s paradise. After an exciting day exploring the park, you will return to your lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3

After breakfast, you will travel to Lake Natron.
The journey takes you through remote Maasai land, with small villages (bomas) and mountains visible along the way. From June to November, the lake is home to around two million flamingos. On the way to your lodge, you can stop at the hot springs for a quick visit. You will stay overnight at Africa Safari Lake Natron Lodge.
The lodge has a swimming pool set in the beautiful surrounding landscape, with amazing views of Mount Ol Doinyo Lengai, an active volcano. You can enjoy the scenery from the lodge or take a short 10-minute walk to the lake with your guide.

Day 4

In the morning, your guide will take you on an adventurous walk to the nearby waterfalls be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes. Along the way, you will pass through lush landscapes and rocky paths, with opportunities to see local birds, plants, and wildlife. Several Maasai villages are nearby, and your guide for the hike will be a Maasai, who can share insights about their culture and daily life.
After the hike, you will depart for the Northern Serengeti, where you will search for the Great Migration witnessing thousands of wildebeest and zebras as they move across the plains. Along the way, enjoy a scenic drive through open savannahs and acacia woodlands, with chances to spot lions, elephants, giraffes, and other wildlife before checking into your lodge for the night.

Serengeti National Park is Tanzania’s oldest and most popular national park. A UNESCO World Heritage site and recently proclaimed the 7th Wonder of the World, Serengeti is famed for its annual migration, where some six million hooves pound the open plains. The park offers one of Africa’s most extraordinary wildlife experiences, bringing you face-to-face with animals you’ve only seen on National Geographic: great herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephants and giraffes, and thousands of elands, topis, kongonis, impalas, and Grant’s gazelles. Your safari will include a final game drive in the Northern Serengeti to witness the migration before driving to Central Serengeti for more wildlife adventures.

After breakfast at the camp, you will drive to the Central Serengeti for a full-day game drive, continuing your search for Africa’s Big Five. In the late afternoon, you will depart for your lodge located on the Ngorongoro Crater rim for an overnight stay. This allows you to descend into the crater early the next morning, when wildlife is most active.
The park is renowned for its rich resident wildlife, particularly the Big Five, named after the five most sought-after trophies. The Serengeti is believed to host the largest population of lions in Africa, with over 3,000 individuals in the ecosystem. The elusive African leopard is also commonly spotted in the Seronera region, with an estimated population of around 1,000.

Depart after breakfast at the camp for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, embarking on a full-day crater tour game drive with a picnic lunch. In the evening, we’ll drive to the lodge in Karatu for dinner and an overnight stay.
The highlight of Ngorongoro is its deep, volcanic crater, the world’s largest unflooded and unbroken caldera. Approximately 20 kilometers across, 600 meters deep, and covering 300 square kilometers, the Ngorongoro Crater is a breathtaking natural wonder. We will explore Lake Magadi, a large but shallow alkaline lake in the southwestern corner, known for its abundance of flamingos and other waterbirds, as well as hippos.

Today’s exploration begins at Lake Eyasi with visits to two unique Tanzanian tribes. First, meet the Hadzabe, one of the last remaining hunter-gatherer communities in the world, known for their ancient “click” language. You will walk through the bush on foot, spotting birdlife and gaining insight into a way of life that has remained largely unchanged for over 10,000 years.
Next, visit the Datoga tribe, believed to have migrated to the area around 3,000 years ago. Renowned as skilled farmers and craftsmen, the Datoga are also recognized by their distinctive circular facial scarification, traditionally used for beautification.
If you prefer not to visit the Hadzabe, you may opt for a cultural experience in Mto wa Mbu Village. Enjoy a guided village walk, learn about local agriculture including the famous red banana, visit the market, and finish with a traditional local lunch.

Spend the morning relaxing at the lodge. After lunch, depart for Arusha National Park for a guided walking safari. The park is approximately 45 minutes from your hotel. An afternoon walk is ideal, offering beautiful scenery and, on clear days, views of Mount Kilimanjaro, followed by a short game drive.
Arusha National Park leaves a lasting impression, with Mount Meru one of the Rift Valley’s most beautiful mountains rising dramatically above the landscape. As you explore further, you will encounter wildlife such as giraffe, zebra, buffalo, and a rich variety of birdlife, with possible sightings of elephant and hippo. The park is also home to Ngurdoto Crater, often referred to as “Little Ngorongoro” due to its resemblance to the famous crater nearby. With its stunning scenery, Arusha National Park offers a refreshing contrast to the more wildlife-focused parks elsewhere in Tanzania.
