Day 1

Arrival in Entebbe & Transfer to Lake Mburo

Upon Arrival at Entebbe International Airport in the morning, VIP meet & greet and assisted through immigration, collect your luggage and exit the arrivals terminal where you will be met by your driver/Guide.

You will leave for Lake Mburo National Park. You will have a stopover at the equator for photoshoots, a tea/coffee break, and to buy souvenirs if needed. You will arrive at the lodge in time for lunch.

In the afternoon, a game drive will be conducted.

Day 2

Game walk & Transfer to Bwindi

Game walk & Transfer to Bwindi

You will go for a game walk early in the morning. After a late breakfast, the last part of the journey will bring you to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The scenic routes run through mountains, hills, tea plantations, communities, and many more, with many stopovers along the way. You will be in Bwindi in the evening, where you will relax at the lodge ahead of the next day's activity.

Day 3

Gorilla Tracking

Gorilla Tracking

This is the day for the gorilla tracking. At 7:45 am, you will be at the office of the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest for a pre-briefing. At 8.30 am, you will start the trek. After finding the gorillas, you will spend a maximum of 1 hour with them. All visitors are expected back at the starting point by 7 pm. Being physically fit is recommended.

In the morning, you'll leave for Queen Elizabeth National Park through the Ishasha Sector, where you will conduct a game drive in search of tree-climbing lions. You'll pass mountains, hills, and lakes with cultivated terraces, tropical rainforest, and bamboo forest. The rest of the evening will be spent relaxing at the lodge.

This day is for a game drive on the plains of Queen Elizabeth. It is home to thousands of Ugandan kobs, lions, elephants, buffalo, hippos, tree-climbing lions, etc. Also on the program is a two-hour launch trip on the Kazinga Channel in the afternoon, where you will see all the animals from the waterside.

You will have an early morning game drive in Queen Elizabeth as you depart from Queen Elizabeth National Park to Kibale National Park via Fort Portal. In the afternoon, you will arrive at Kibale Forest, falling asleep with the sounds of the tropical rainforest.

At 8:00 am, you will start with the 4-hour chimp walk after a pre-briefing. In addition, 10 other primates can be seen. The park is also known for all its butterflies and birds. In the afternoon, you will take a walk through the Bigodi community and the Swamp (physical fitness is encouraged).

In the afternoon, you will arrive in Murchison Falls National Park. A game drive will be conducted as you go to the lodge.

The day will be spent on game drives. You will leave early in the morning and go on a game drive from 8 am to 12 pm. You will see several animals, including lions, elephants, leopards, and giraffes. In the afternoon (2 pm to 5 pm), you will go on an impressive launch trip on the Nile up to the falls. This gives you the chance to see hippos, crocodiles, buffalo, elephants, and many different bird species.

After breakfast, you will set off for Jinja through Murchison Falls National Park. Along the Masindi road, you will stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary to visit the reintroduced white rhino. Here, you will enjoy lunch, then proceed to Jinja. You will arrive in Jinja in the evening, where you will relax at the lodge.

Day 11

White water rafting & Transfer to Entebbe

White water rafting & Transfer to Entebbe

After breakfast, you will be taken to rafting base.

You will have the opportunity to meet your fellow rafters and guides while enjoying tea or coffee with our delicious rafting breakfast. Rafting is a physical activity so make sure you eat up.

After an initial briefing, you will be fitted out with life jackets and helmets before heading off down river to the start point. Once down at the river’s edge, you will receive a detailed safety briefing.

As the river meanders through beautiful scenery, we guide the rafts into the mighty challenges of some of the biggest and safest white water rafting in the world.

We stop before all the rapids to explain to you the planned route through so as to ensure maximum fun and safety. If at any time you feel you would prefer to join the safety boat or where possible, walk around and the rejoin the raft, this is absolutely fine.

The last part of the journey will bring you to Entebbe Airport for your onward flight in the night.
