Airport or Hotel Pick-up & Transfer to Nyerere National Park

Your adventure begins with an early morning pickup from your hotel in Dar es Salaam at 3:00 AM, followed by a scenic drive to Nyerere National Park, one of Africa's largest and most spectacular wildlife reserves.

Upon arrival in the morning at Nyerere National Park, enjoy a delicious breakfast at the camp and take some time to relax and refresh after the journey. Later, embark on an exciting game drive through the vast wilderness of the park, renowned for its diverse landscapes and abundant wildlife.

As you explore the park, keep an eye out for elephants, lions, giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, antelopes, and a remarkable variety of bird species in their natural habitat. The game drive offers excellent opportunities to observe wildlife behavior, capture stunning photographs, and experience the untouched beauty of one of Africa's largest protected areas.

In the late afternoon, return to the camp for dinner and an overnight stay.

Boat Safari on the Rufiji River – Return to Dar es Salaam

Begin your day with an early breakfast at the camp before setting out on an unforgettable boat safari along the magnificent Rufiji River, one of the highlights of Nyerere National Park. As you cruise along the river, enjoy close-up views of the park's unique aquatic ecosystem and keep an eye out for hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and a remarkable variety of birdlife that thrives along the riverbanks.

The boat safari offers excellent opportunities for photography and wildlife viewing, as animals often gather at the water's edge to drink and cool off. The peaceful river scenery, combined with the abundance of wildlife, provides a completely different safari experience from traditional game drives.

After the boat safari, return to the camp for an early lunch before beginning your journey back to Dar es Salaam. Arrive in the evening with unforgettable memories of Nyerere National Park's spectacular landscapes, rich wildlife, and the unique experience of the legendary Rufiji River by boat.
