Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a professional Jerodi Africa Safari guide. Depending on your arrival time, you may either head straight to your luxurious accommodation to relax and recover from jet lag or embark on a light city tour. If time allows, you can enjoy an optional sunset cruise on Lake Victoria. A pre-safari briefing will be held in the evening at your lodge.

Day 2
Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary

After breakfast, you will depart for the northwestern region of Uganda, driving through beautiful rural landscapes. The first stop will be Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, where you will go on an exhilarating guided walking safari to track southern white rhinos on foot. After lunch en route, you will continue the scenic journey to Murchison Falls National Park, where you will settle in at a luxury lodge by the Nile.

You'll begin your day with an early morning game drive on the northern bank of the Nile. Expect to encounter lions, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, and various antelope species. In the afternoon, you will go on a boat safari to the base of the thunderous Murchison Falls, passing large pods of hippos, sunbathing crocodiles, and a multitude of birdlife. Adventurous guests may hike to the top of the falls for panoramic views.

Day 4
Scenic Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
Scenic Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park
After breakfast, you'll begin your journey southwest toward Kibale Forest, the primate capital of the world. The drive is filled with views of rolling hills, tea plantations, traditional homesteads, and roadside markets. Upon arrival, you will check into your forest lodge and relax for the evening. Optional guided nature walks around the lodge or a visit to nearby crater lakes can be arranged.

You'll begin the day with an exciting chimpanzee tracking adventure in Kibale Forest. You'll be guided by expert trackers deep into the forest to observe one of the habituated chimp families in their natural habitat — a thrilling and humbling experience. After lunch, you'll depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park, driving through scenic landscapes and traditional villages. Upon arrival, you will check in at your lodge overlooking the savannah plains and enjoy the evening at leisure.

You'll embark on a morning game drive in the Kasenyi plains, a prime area for spotting lions, elephants, warthogs, and Uganda kobs. After lunch, you'll take a memorable boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel, known for having one of the highest concentrations of hippos in Africa. You'll also see crocodiles and a wide range of bird species. Optional visits to Katwe salt pans or a local cultural village can be added.

Today, you’ll transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park via the Ishasha sector, renowned for its population of tree-climbing lions. Keep your camera ready as you journey through this unique landscape. You'll arrive in Bwindi in the afternoon and check into your lodge nestled in the forest. Rest and prepare for your once-in-a-lifetime gorilla trekking experience the next day.

Gorilla Trekking & Return to Entebbe
Gorilla Trekking & Return to Entebbe
After an early morning briefing, you'll head into the dense forest in search of the endangered mountain gorillas. Accompanied by trained rangers, you’ll hike through rugged terrain until you encounter a gorilla family and spend a magical hour observing their interactions. After the trek, you'll begin your return journey to Entebbe — or continue with a post-tour extension if prearranged.
