3-Day Tanzania Safari from Zanzibar to Ngorongoro Crater

From Zanzibar to Arusha airport then Tarangire national park

This day will begin early in the morning with a transfer from your hotel in Zanzibar to Zanzibar Airport. You will land at Arusha Airstrip at around 9:00am, where you will meet your safari guide, who will take you to Tarangire National Park until evening. Later, you will drive to Kankari Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Full-day Game Drive around Ngorongoro Crater

Early in the morning after breakfast, drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full-day game drive. Known as one of Africa's natural wonders, the crater is home to an incredible concentration of wildlife, including the Big Five—lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard, and the rare black rhino. Enjoy game viewing across the crater floor, where grasslands, forests, and soda lakes support a rich variety of animals and birdlife. After a picnic lunch at the hippo pool, continue your safari before ascending the crater in the late afternoon and returning to Arusha for dinner and overnight at Tulia Boutiq hotel.

After breakfast, enjoy a half-day guided tour of Arusha Town, the gateway to Tanzania's northern safari circuit.
