Your driver-guide will meet you at your hotel or at the airport in Nairobi for a short safari briefing before departing for the renowned Masai Mara National Reserve. You will arrive at the Masai Mara in time for lunch and check-in at your lodge or camp. In the afternoon, set out on your first game drive in this world-famous reserve, celebrated for the spectacular wildebeest migration and its exceptional wildlife diversity. Keep watch for lions, leopards, Maasai giraffes, Cape buffalo, cheetahs, elephants, and many other species that inhabit these vast plains.

After an early breakfast, check out with packed lunch boxes and depart for the Tanzanian border at Isebania Border. After completing immigration formalities, you will meet your Tanzanian driver-guide and continue your journey into Serengeti National Park.
Please ensure that you have a valid visa for Tanzania, as the visa application process may take time.
Once inside the Serengeti, the landscape opens into vast plains stretching to the horizon—clearly explaining why the name Serengeti means “endless plains” in the local language. This legendary ecosystem is home to the Great Migration, supporting more than two million wildebeest, hundreds of thousands of zebras, and large numbers of antelope, along with the predators that follow them.

After breakfast, set out for an exhilarating full-day game drive in Serengeti National Park, exploring one of Africa’s most celebrated wildlife destinations.
The Serengeti’s beauty lies in its endless horizons—vast grasslands stretching as far as the eye can see, interspersed with seasonal plains, woodlands, and shrub savannah. Being surrounded by immense herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles is a truly unforgettable experience. During the annual migration, these animals traverse the plains and cross crocodile-filled rivers, closely followed by ever-present predators.
After enjoying a picnic lunch on the open plains, continue your afternoon game drive, discovering more of the Serengeti’s rich wildlife. As the sun sets over the savannah, return to camp to relax and unwind beside the warmth of a crackling bushfire.

Day 5
Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast, depart for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend into the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater for a full morning of wildlife viewing across the expansive crater floor.
Covering approximately 100 square miles, the crater floor is dotted with permanent water sources and supports an estimated 30,000 animals, naturally enclosed by the steep volcanic walls. This unique ecosystem offers excellent opportunities to spot the Big Five—lion, elephant, buffalo, rhino, and leopard—alongside many other species.
The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest intact and unbroken caldera, with walls rising about 610 meters above the floor. Thanks to year-round grass and water, wildlife viewing is exceptional in all seasons. Enjoy a picnic lunch near the famous hippo pool before continuing your game drive.
In the afternoon, ascend the crater rim and transfer to your lodge in the Karatu area, arriving in time for sunset, dinner, and an overnight stay.

Day 6
Ngorongoro to Arusha

After breakfast, check out and begin your journey toward Arusha. En route, enjoy a visit to Mto wa Mbu, a vibrant village renowned for its rich cultural diversity. Home to more than 120 ethnic groups, Mto wa Mbu is a true cultural melting pot, offering visitors a fascinating insight into Tanzania’s varied languages, traditions, and daily life.
Located along Tanzania’s Northern Safari Circuit, this village visit provides a refreshing cultural interlude and a meaningful contrast to the wildlife-focused safari experience.
Later in the afternoon, you will be transferred to Arusha Airport for your onward journey.
