Pick up from Kigali and Transfer to Bwindi Forest NP

Your Tour will start from Kigali International Airport or Hotel where by Your assigned professional driver guide will welcome you, having a short briefing about your safari, start your adventure with a visit to the Kigali Genocide Memorial. And later transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable NP crossing via the Katuna, enjoy steep hills with stunning views of the lake below. Bwindi is a big habitat for mountain gorillas in Uganda, harboring over 310 of them, which is almost half of the world’s gorilla population. Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest National Park

After breakfast, you'll proceed to the rangers’ post. You will receive a briefing on the do's and don’ts during the trek. You will then enter the Bwindi Forest for your adventure. The area offers a dramatic, steeply forested landscape and is incredibly dense. It is crisscrossed by numerous animal trails allowing access to tourists. The time taken and the terrain vary with the movements of these great primates. Once you have located a gorilla group, you will be allowed an hour in their presence. The thrill of spending time observing these gentle but endangered giants is unforgettable. You'll return to the accommodation and rest after a strenuous trek. *(extra cost): In case you finish early and the body is willing to go out again, you can request your guide to arrange a community visit or some short nature walk.

Depart Bwindi Forest and Return to Entebbe Airport to Catch Fligh

You will have a relaxed breakfast with a spectacular view of Bwindi Forest right in front of you. Thereafter, you will hit the road for the return to Entebbe.
