4x4 Chinotimba Township Tour - Sunset Zambezi NP Safari
4x4 Chinotimba Township Tour - Sunset Zambezi NP Safari
Get ready for a day that stirs both heart and soul! You’ll begin in Chinotimba Township, the vibrant heart of Victoria Falls, where daily life unfolds with children playing in the streets, women weaving colorful baskets, and elders sharing stories under shady trees. This is where you’ll feel the true warmth of Zimbabwean hospitality and experience the traditions proudly carried through generations. By mid-afternoon, at 3 pm, the adventure shifts to the wild as you set off on a 3-hour sunset safari in the Chamabondo section of Zambezi National Park. Here, vast savannahs and acacia-dotted landscapes host elephants moving in family herds, towering giraffes, zebras and antelope grazing at waterholes, and buffalo watching warily from the bush. With luck, lions may be spotted resting in the fading heat, or even a leopard slipping silently through the shadows. As the sun sinks, the sky glows in hues of gold and crimson, a perfect close before your hotel drop-off.
