We set out for Tarangire National Park on a good tarmac road, crossing gently rolling Maasai plains dotted with scattered acacia trees. As we zip along, we will pass Maasai in their colourful attire—walking along the roadside, riding bicycles, herding cattle, and driving donkey carts.

From the open roof of our state-of-the-art safari jeep, we'll experience the seasonal swamps, savanna, and the life-giving Tarangire River.
