Gorilla trekking in volcanoes national park

After an early breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a briefing on the gorilla trekking guidelines. You’ll then be divided into small groups, each assigned to track one of the habituated gorilla families. The trek can take anywhere from 1 to 6 hours, but the reward of spending time with these incredible creatures is worth every step. Once you’ve observed the gorillas, return to your lodge for a well-deserved rest and lunch. In the evening, unwind and reflect on your extraordinary experience with the mountain gorillas in their natural habitat.
