Nairobi to Lake Nakuru

Meet and greet at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport or your Nairobi hotel by our representative. After a safari briefing, depart for Lake Nakuru National Park, driving through the scenic Great Rift Valley. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge/camp. In the afternoon, enjoy a game drive in search of flamingos, rhinos, giraffes, and other wildlife. Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru.

Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara

After breakfast, check out and enjoy a leisurely drive through the Great Rift Valley floor towards the world-renowned Masai Mara. Pass through Narok, the heart of Masai land, before arriving at your lodge/camp in time for lunch.
In the late afternoon, head out on your first thrilling game drive across the golden savannah plains. Look out for elephants, lions, cheetahs, giraffes, hyenas, and herds of wildebeest and antelope. As the sun sets, capture magical photos of wildlife silhouetted against the horizon before returning to camp. Dinner and overnight at Masai Mara.

Full Day in Maasai Mara National Reserve

Enjoy a full day of adventure in the Masai Mara with morning and afternoon game drives. At dawn, set out to witness predators on the hunt and animals grazing in the fresh morning light. Return to camp for breakfast and relaxation.
In the afternoon, continue your exploration of the reserve, renowned for its Big Five sightings and large populations of plains game. Between drives, relax at your lodge/camp, enjoying the wilderness setting. Complementary visit to a traditional Masai village for cultural interaction or a hot air balloon safari (at extra cost) for breathtaking aerial views of the plains. All meals and overnight at Masai Mara.

Maasai Village Visit and Return to Nairobi

After an early breakfast at your lodge/camp, check out and begin the drive back to Nairobi. Travel across the picturesque Great Rift Valley, passing farmlands, small towns, and scenic escarpments. A brief stop will be made en route to stretch and capture the panoramic views.

Arrive in Nairobi by midday and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant (own arrangement or included depending on package). After lunch, you will be treated to a complimentary visit to the Giraffe Centre, home to the endangered Rothschild’s giraffes. Here, you can learn about giraffe conservation and even feed these gentle giants from a raised platform.

Later, you will be transferred to your Nairobi hotel or directly to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for your onward flight, marking the close of your safari with lasting memories of Kenya’s wildlife and culture.
