Day 1

After an early morning arrival at the airport, you will receive a warm welcome from our professional driver-guides. We will then have a tour briefing before we drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve. It is considered one of the largest and most beautiful protected areas of Kenya and reveals the originality of Africa. You will arrive in good time and check in at Enkorok Mara Camp in time for lunch.

After lunch, we will have some time to relax before we embark on the first game drive through the savannah landscape of the Masai Mara National Reserve. You will have a chance to track down the Big Five (elephant, buffalo, lion, rhino, leopard) and bird species.

Later in the evening, we will return for dinner and an overnight stay at the tented camp.

Day 2

After breakfast, we will do a full-day game drive in the Masai Mara National Reserve. This park is famous for its savannah landscapes and wildlife concentration per square kilometer. The prospects are good for observing all those fascinating animals that are usually only seen in the numerous nature documentaries. We will picnic at the Mara River site, bordering Serengeti National Park in Tanzania. The river is part of the Masai Mara-Serengeti ecosystem, which is particularly known for the largest wildlife migration on earth. Every year, wildbeests, zebras, and antelopes form huge animal trains that cross the river, which is full of crocodiles.

Day 3

Masai Mara National Reserve - Lake Naivasha

Masai Mara National Reserve - Lake Naivasha

After breakfast, we will drive to Lake Naivasha, the highest and most beautiful lake in the Rift Valley. Over 400 documented bird species are found here, and bird watchers will be pleased. At 19,112m, the water is crystal clear and surrounded by thick papyrus.

Upon arrival, we will check in at the Eseriani Resort in time for lunch. After a short rest, we will take a boat ride on the lake and experience more attractions. We will then get out of the boat at Crescent Island and enjoy a nature walk, seeing antelopes, zebras, waterbucks, and many bird species. Later, we will go back to the hotel and stay overnight at Eseriani Resort.

Day 4

Today, we will proceed to the world-famous Amboseli National Park and reach our camp in time for lunch. The afternoon will be spent relaxing at the swimming pool, where you can also watch some animals in the nearby park. Alternatively, you can take a walk with a Maasai guide to the village (optional). Dinner and overnight stay will be at Kibo Safari Camp.

Day 5

Amboseli National Park

After breakfast, we will drive to Amboseli National Park for a full-day game drive. A picnic lunch will be served at Observation Hill. This park jewel is not only a unique panorama of Mount Kilimanjaro, but also one of the best wildlife areas to observe elephants at close quarters. Amboseli is a small park with numerous zebras, wildebeests, Thompson's gazelles, Grant's gazelles, buffalos, waterbucks, hippos, lions, cheetahs, jackals and hyenas. A highlight of the park is Observation Hill, from which we will have a stunning view of the swamp and savannah landscape. Later, we will return for our overnight stay at Kibo Safari Camp.

Day 6

Amboseli National Park - Tsavo East

Amboseli National Park - Tsavo East

After an early morning game drive, we will proceed to Tsavo East National Park, home of the red elephants. You will have a game drive en route to Ashnill Aruba Lodge, where we will check in for lunch. After lunch, relax and have an afternoon game drive in the park. We have the chance to watch zebras, buffalos, giraffes, gazelles, waterbucks, and big families of elephants. Look out for a diversity of resident bird species, which include hornbills, eagles, kingfishers, weavers, and marabous. At sunset, we will return to the hotel with an overnight stay at Ashnil Aruba Lodge.
