The trek can range from 1-4 hours, depending on the chimpanzees' location. Once you find the chimpanzees, you’ll have 1 hour to observe their behavior, interactions, and daily activities, such as feeding, grooming, and playing. Capture the moment (without flash) and enjoy this rare opportunity to interact with these fascinating primates. Afterward, return to the lodge for lunch and proceed for a walk in Bigodi. Take a nature walk in the Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary, located just outside Kibale National Park. This area is great for birdwatching and observing other wildlife like black-and-white colobus monkeys.
