Zanzibar to Serengeti

You will be picked up from the hotel and driven to Zanzibar Airport, where you will board a small plane that flies to the Serengeti Airstrip. Arrive in Serengeti in the morning, and from there, you will start game drives until the afternoon. You will head to the picnic site for lunch before heading out for a short game drive before checking in your tented camp for relaxation on evening and enjoying dinner and overnight in the Serengeti.

After an early breakfast, you will depart for a full-day game drive in Serengeti National Park, exploring different regions of the park at a relaxed pace with your private safari guide. You will enjoy a picnic lunch inside the park, allowing you to maximize wildlife viewing opportunities. After lunch, the game drive will continue through the Serengeti plains until late afternoon. In the evening, you will return to your lodge or camp within the Serengeti for dinner and an overnight stay.

Ngorongoro crater to Arusha

After an early breakfast, you will depart from Serengeti National Park and travel toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Upon arrival, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive in search of the elusive black rhino and other remarkable wildlife. Often referred to as Africa’s “Noah’s Ark,” the crater is home to a dense concentration of animals, including elephants, hyenas, big cats, buffaloes, and a wide variety of birdlife.

In the afternoon, you will enjoy a picnic lunch at the hippo pool, followed by a final game drive as you ascend from the crater back to the rim. Afterward, your driver-guide will continue the journey to Arusha Airport, where you will catch your afternoon flight back to Zanzibar, marking the end of your safari adventure.
