Tarangire National Park

Your adventure begins with an early morning pickup from your hotel as you depart for the remarkable Tarangire National Park, famous for its diverse landscapes and iconic ancient baobab trees that dominate the scenery. The park’s lifeline, the Tarangire River, attracts a wide variety of wildlife including elephants, lions, leopards, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, antelopes, and an impressive range of birdlife. Known for having one of the largest elephant populations in Tanzania, Tarangire offers excellent opportunities to observe these magnificent animals in their natural environment.

Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic viewpoint overlooking the river, where wildlife sightings are common and, with a bit of luck, you may even witness a predator in action. After lunch, continue with an afternoon game drive exploring more of the park before heading to your lodge for a relaxing evening and overnight stay.
