Fly to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Begin your journey with an early check-in at Entebbe International Airport at 6 AM for your scenic domestic flight to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. The flight lasts about 1 hour and 30 minutes, arriving at Kihihi Airport.

Upon landing, our guide will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your lodge in the Buhoma sector of Bwindi Forest. You will have lunch at the lodge and then have the afternoon to yourself for relaxation.

Gorilla Trekking Experience & Batwa Community Visit at Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

After a satisfying breakfast, enjoy a short six-minute drive to the park headquarters for your briefing, beginning with a vibrant traditional dance and a warm welcome orientation.
You’ll then be placed into small groups of eight, assigned a gorilla family, and set off on an unforgettable trek lasting four to eight hours. Gorilla encounters are limited to one magical hour, with face masks required. Afterwards, return to your lodge for lunch & relaxation.

As evening approaches, immerse yourself in the Batwa Cultural Experience: take part in lively dances, discover ancient forest survival skills, and listen to captivating stories shared by Uganda’s indigenous “Keepers of the Jungle.” Later, return to your lodge.
