Visit lake Eyasi the home on indigenous people
Today offers a rare opportunity to step into a world untouched by time. After breakfast, you’ll travel to the remote shores of Lake Eyasi to meet the Hadzabe people—one of the last remaining hunter-gatherer tribes in Africa. With a local guide acting as translator, you’ll learn about their way of life, join a traditional hunting expedition, and witness how they make fire using sticks. Later, you’ll visit the Datoga blacksmiths, known for crafting tools and jewelry from scrap metal using ancient techniques. This cultural encounter is not a show but a deeply authentic and respectful visit, where photography is welcome but mindfulness is encouraged. In the afternoon, return to your lodge near the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for dinner and an overnight stay.
