1-Day Big Five Wildlife Safari to Akagera National Park

Your guide will pick you up from your hotel Early Morning.

07:00 AM – Arrival at Akagera National Park
After a scenic drive, we’ll arrive at the park entrance. While we handle entry formalities, enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

07:30 AM – Morning Game Drive
We’ll begin the morning game drive, looking for Elephants, Buffalos, Giraffes, Zebras, and other wildlife.

10:00 AM – Bush Breakfast
A delicious bush breakfast in a peaceful spot, surrounded by nature.

10:30 AM – Continue Game Drive
Explore more of Akagera’s landscapes, possibly encountering Lions, Leopards, and Hyenas.

01:00 PM – Picnic Lunch at Hippo Pool
Enjoy a picnic lunch while observing the Hippos.

02:00 PM – Afternoon Game Drive
Drive through different park areas, looking for rare species like the Shoebill Stork or Black Rhino.

04:30 PM – Sunset at Lake Ihema
Watch a stunning sunset and enjoy birdwatching.

05:30 PM – Return to Kigali
After a fulfilling day, we’ll return to Kigali.
