Day 2
Drive Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Breakfast in the hotel.
At 8:00 am, after a pre-safari briefing and introduction to your dedicated safari driver-guide, you'll depart from your Arusha hotel and drive to Tarangire National Park to arrive at your lodge in the early afternoon.
Lunch in the lodge.
4:00 pm: You'll depart for an afternoon game viewing drive in the park. The park is the sixth-largest national park in Tanzania. It is famous for its high density of elephants and baobab trees. Visitors to the park can expect to see large herds of thousands of zebras, wildebeest, and cape buffalo. Other common resident animals include waterbuck, giraffe, dik-dik, impala, eland, Grant’s gazelle, vervet monkey, banded mongoose, and olive baboon. Predators in Tarangire include African lion, leopard, cheetah, caracal, honey badger, and African wild dog.
All meals and overnight stays will be at Tarangire Sopa Lodge/Kirurumu Tarangire Lodge/Tarangire Safari Lodge.

You'll have a full day in the park with morning and afternoon wildlife viewing drives. The oldest known elephant to give birth to twins is found in Tarangire. The recent birth of elephant twins in the Tarangire National Park of Tanzania is a great example of how the birth of these two healthy and thriving twins can beat the odds.

Day 4
Tarangire to Lake Manyara National Park

Breakfast in the lodge and drive to nearby Lake Manyara Park. The extraordinary birdlife and tree-climbing lions are but one of the lures. The place is world-renowned amongst the ornithologists, who come to observe the masses of pink flamingos and great birds of prey.
Lunch at Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge with free time at leisure to enjoy a swim in the lodges's affinity pool. Optional activities available here at an extra cost include: Guided Nature/Bird Walks, Target Curve Archery, Jogging, Mountain Bike Cycling, Swahili and Cooking lessons among others.
3:30 pm: You'll depart for an afternoon wildlife viewing drive in the nearby Lake Manyara Park. The extraordinary birdlife and tree-climbing lions are but one of the lures. After breakfast, you'll depart and drive to Serengeti National park drive to Serengeti National Park with a brief stop at the Olduvai Gorge. Olduvai Gorge the ‘Crater of Mankind’ is world famous for the Archaeological discoveries made there by Dr. Louis Leakey and Mary Leakey.
Lunch at your Serengeti Lodge.
4:00 pm: You'll depart for an afternoon wildlife viewing drive before returning to the lodge in time for early evening.

Full day in Serengeti National Park with morning and afternoon wildlife viewing drive in the Park, apart from the Selous, this is the largest of all the Parks in Tanzania, summed up as ‘one of the most unique areas in the world’. The Serengeti contains the largest remaining concentration of plains game in Africa, on a scale which has no parallel anywhere in the world.
Even during the height of the migration towards the Masai Mara, there is a huge concentration of plains game in the Reserve, mainly concentrated around the watering places, and with good chances also of seeing the predators at work.

Day 7
Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater

After breakfast in the lodge, you'll drive to Ngorongoro, climbing to an altitude of 8,000 feet. You'll continue to ascend to the exterior of the crater, reaching its rim, and here your first glimpse of what has often been referred to as the “Eighth wonder of the World.”
Lunch in the lodge followed by an afternoon at leisure.

Day 8

After breakfast, you'll descend to the floor of the crater for game viewing drives. Often described as the ‘Eighth’ wonder of the World, the Ngorongoro crater is so spectacular, a natural sanctuary for over 25,000 animals, including the black rhino. It is also a conservation area inhabited by the Masai tribe.
A picnic lunch will be served at one of the designated picnic sites on the crater floor. As the sun sets on the western side of the crater rim, you'll ascend and drive to the Lodge to arrive in time to refresh for dinner.

After breakfast, you will depart and drive to Arusha for a farewell lunch at Arusha Serena Hotel or Arusha Coffee Lodge, compliments of your Safari host, Afio Mai Africa Safaris
Later, you will be transferred to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure.
