Day 1
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, meet your driver-guide for a short briefing before embarking on a thrilling game drive in Tarangire National Park. The park follows the course of the Tarangire River and features a diverse landscape of low-lying hills, acacia woodlands, giant African baobab trees, and vast southern swamps. During Tanzania’s dry season, the river and swamps become a vital water source, attracting an abundance of wildlife.
Tarangire National Park is renowned for its large elephant herds, among the largest in Africa. It is also home to three rare species: the greater kudu, fringed-eared oryx, and the elusive ashy starling. Enjoy a picnic lunch before continuing your game drive into the late afternoon. As the day winds down, you’ll head to your lodge for a well-deserved overnight stay.

Day 2
Serengeti National Park
Serengeti National Park
Spend the entire day immersed in the incredible wildlife of Serengeti National Park, with your game drive tailored to follow the movements of the great migrating herds. As zebras, wildebeests, and antelopes traverse the plains, predators such as lions, leopards (often spotted in acacia trees), and cheetahs follow closely behind, creating breathtaking wildlife encounters.
The migration pattern shifts with the seasons—from November to December, the herds move from the northern hills to the southern plains, while from April to June, they make their way back north. Since the migration is driven by rainfall patterns, its exact timing varies each year. However, your expert guide will ensure you’re in the best locations for optimal wildlife viewing.
