Dar es salaam to Mikumi national park

Pick up at your hotel in Dar es Salaam (04:30 AM) and drive to Mikumi National Park (5-6 hours), you’ll arrive for an afternoon and evening game drive. After arriving in the Mikumi Flood Plains you’ll have lunch at 01:30 PM before starting your day search for the wildlife in the park.

The park center has a wide assortment of natural life that can be simply spotted and very much suitable for viewing in a game drive. Its vicinity to Dar es Salaam and the measure of wildlife that live inside its fringes makes Mikumi National Park a well-known choice for those travelers who don’t have much time but also want to enjoy a wildlife safari to Mikumi National Park. You’ll later be driven to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Maasai Tour then drive back to Dar es Salaam

After breakfast at 06:30 AM, you will start the day with a cultural visit to a local Maasai village in Mikumi. If time allows, we'll pass by the local women's market. The Maasai are a popular traditional community in Tanzania and Kenya. The tour will be extended to 08:30 AM then later with your packed lunches start driving to Dar es Salaam, arriving in evening for further Schedules with a drop off at the hotel.
