Amboseli National Park

Your safari starts from Nairobi, heading to the Amboseli National Park, which is romantically set under the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro. The journey is approximately 4.5 hours, and you will set off by road at 08h00. You will drive through the Athi plains to Amboseli, the land of the Maasai and huge elephants commonly referred to as the “Amboseli giants”.

You will arrive in time for lunch at the lodge. Enjoy the lodge facilities or have a siesta, then proceed for a game drive at 16h00. In addition to the elephants, the park also has wildebeests, giraffes, lions, and elusive leopards. You will return for dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Amboseli National Park

On this day, you will leave for an early morning game drive at 06h00, then return for breakfast at 08h45. The view of the elephants (gentle giants of Amboseli) with the backdrop of the snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro rejuvenates your soul. After breakfast, return to the lodge and relax as you enjoy the lodge’s facilities.

After lunch, you will set out for the afternoon game drive at 16h00 in search of more game and the beautiful African sunset. You will return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.

Lake Naivasha

Depart for Naivasha after an early breakfast at 08h00. You will arrive in time for lunch at your lodge in Naivasha. You have some time to relax as you enjoy the lodge facilities or take a siesta. You may opt to take a boat ride in the afternoon on Lake Naivasha at 16h00. You will come close to the aquatic birdlife such as white pelicans, pied kingfishers, giant kingfishers, cormorants, African darters, and fish eagles. You will come close to the resident hippos and see giraffes, zebras, and impalas on Crescent Island. This is such an awesome experience you would not want to miss out.

You will return for dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Masai Mara National Reserve

An early breakfast is followed by departure at 07h30, heading southwest to the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve. Named after the indigenous inhabitants of the area, the Maasai, it is one of the world's richest wildlife reserves and home to the spectacular 8th World Wonder - the wildebeest migration.

You will arrive in time for lunch served at the lodge. The afternoon game drive takes you across the beautiful dotted plains of Mara in search of large prides of lions and other cat species like serval, cheetah, and leopard, as well as herbivores like topi, hartebeest, and oribi, as well as many other mammals, reptiles, and amphibian species.

Dinner and your overnight stay will be at the lodge.

Masai Mara National Reserve

Today will be a game viewing extravaganza!

The Masai Mara Reserve remains the most exciting wildlife ecosystem in the world. It is home to the highest and most varied concentration of wild animals of any other wildlife park in the region. The scenic appeal of the tree-studded savannah plains, the moderate climate and the diversity of wild game species make it a one-stop shop for game viewing activities.

We will have a picnic lunch by the Mara River as we watch the hippos and crocodiles, or maybe view the great migration (July – October). Then, we will have dinner and stay overnight at the lodge.

Nairobi

After breakfast, you will say "kwaheri" to the Masai Mara and return to Nairobi. Your lunch will be served on the way to Nairobi or in Nairobi. Your final dinner is at the Carnivore Restaurant.
