1-Day The Hadzabe and Datoga Community Trip

• You'll be collected from the airport.

The Hadzabe are one of the last remaining hunter-gatherer societies, and you'll have the unique opportunity to meet them around 6:45 AM. From 6:45 to 9:30 AM, join the tribe in their daily activities, as they hunt and gather food using traditional methods such as bows, arrows, and traps. You may even have the chance to participate in hunting small game and foraging for wild plants, gaining a deeper understanding of their lifestyle.

At 10:30 AM, you will drive to visit the Datooga tribe, arriving by 11:00 AM. Witness the skillful blacksmiths at work, as the Datooga are known for their exceptional metalworking. From 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, observe their techniques and learn about their rich cultural traditions.

If time permits, take a nature walk to explore the scenic surroundings or visit a local village before returning by 4:00 PM.
