You will be picked up from your hotel in Zanzibar and transferred to the airport for your flight to Arusha. Upon landing, you’ll be driven to Tarangire National Park, where your game-viewing adventure begins. Known for its iconic baobab trees, diverse bird species, and abundant wildlife, Tarangire boasts one of the largest elephant populations in Tanzania. After an exciting day of exploration, you will be transferred to your luxury lodge for an overnight stay.

Day 2
Ngorongoro Crater
Ngorongoro Crater
You will depart from your accommodation around 6:00 AM and head to the Ngorongoro Crater for your final game drive. As the world’s largest unbroken caldera and one of Africa’s natural wonders, the crater is home to a diverse range of wildlife. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area hosts large herds of wildebeests, zebras, buffaloes, elands, warthogs, hippos, and giant African elephants.
A highlight of this breathtaking park is its dense predator population, including lions, hyenas, jackals, cheetahs, and the elusive leopard, which may require a keen eye to spot. The crater also features hippos and a variety of waterbirds, including flamingos.
After an exciting morning game drive, you will pause to enjoy your packed lunch at the scenic hippo pool picnic site. Following lunch, you will be transferred back to Arusha for your flight back to Zanzibar.
