On this day, you will enjoy a full-day game drive as you head towards the heart of the Serengeti—Central Serengeti, also known as the Seronera region. This area is famous for its year-round wildlife abundance, making it one of the best safari destinations in Africa. The Seronera River provides a permanent water source, attracting large populations of herbivores such as zebras, buffaloes, elephants, and giraffes, which in turn draw predators like lions, leopards, and cheetahs. The vast plains, acacia-dotted landscapes, and rocky outcrops (kopjes) offer breathtaking scenery and fantastic photography opportunities. As you explore, you may also spot hyenas, jackals, and diverse bird species.

On this day, you will continue with a game drive en route as you make your way towards the breathtaking Ngorongoro Crater. Along the journey, you will have the opportunity to spot a variety of wildlife roaming the Serengeti plains, including lions, elephants, and possibly even elusive leopards. By midday, you will descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Africa’s most remarkable wildlife sanctuaries. The crater is home to a dense concentration of wildlife, including the Big Five.
