A private transfer from Kigali to Volcanoes National Park (106 km, 2-3 hours). In the morning, you will trek through the forest to track endangered golden monkeys, observing their playful behavior for an hour. Your guide can also point out rare bird species like the Blue Turaco. Afterward, you will embark on a scenic canoeing adventure on the Mukungwa River. You will begin with a briefing and navigate small rapids, surrounded by Rwanda’s rural beauty. You'll enjoy a full day of immersive wildlife and nature experiences.

Upon arrival at the Volcanoes National Park, you'll be divided into groups of up to 8 and assigned a park guide. After a short drive, you will trek through the forest for 1-3 hours to meet the mountain gorillas. You'll spend an unforgettable hour with these incredible primates. In the afternoon, you may visit the Ellen DeGeneres Campus of the Dian Fossey Fund to learn about conservation efforts. After your activities, you will enjoy a private transfer back to Kigali.
