1-Day Mikumi Safari from Zanzibar

• A transfer from the airport can be arranged for an extra cost.

You will depart at 7:00 am from the airport and arrive at 8:00 am in Mikumi National Park, where you will be met by our professional guide who will brief you regarding your splendid day trip. After a brief, you will depart for a game drive in a 4x4 modified safari vehicle in Mikumi park, exploring the game while sitting on a comfortable open-sided 4x4 wheel vehicle and enjoying a privileged journey through the wild African bush. You may expect to see any of the major African favorite animals such as elephants, giraffes, lions, buffalo, zebra, and even the rare African wild dogs. A picnic lunch shall be provided at midday, where your guide will select a location with shade and water nearby to watch animals coming to drink —a place with a clear view all round so that no predator can creep up hidden. Late in the afternoon, you will be transferred to the airstrip for your scheduled flight at 4:00 pm to Zanzibar.
